1. Ensure that the enroller has a green check mark on it in the list of doors and in the event log when connecting. If not, ensure adequate network connection. If connection was just recently re-established, wait for system to catch up and see if the check mark appears after time passes.
2. Try reinstating the door by going to the list of doors, clicking "Reinstate" and selecting the door. Try again.
3. If that does not resolve it, go to the details of that door by going to the Doors list and clicking on that door. Check the reader type. If it is set to "Desktop Reader", change to "Token Only and click "Apply". Reinstate the door from the Doors list. Go back to the door's details and change the reader type back to Desktop Reader.
