To import data already created from another computer:

1. Sign in:

2. Click Continue for now if this message appears. It means the software still needs to be registered:

3. Go to Facility > Restore Backup:

4. Click “Yes”:

5. Browse the computer to find the data files you need. They can be imported one at a time this way. Note that the last data file you import will show on the bottom of the window:

6. If they do not import, ensure that they are stored and pulled from the same folder the zip file containing the installation files is stored in. This is usually where the data pulls from by default. This folder should be called SMS Express.
