How do I clear the cache and stored data on the tablet?

If you are getting a blank screen after logging in and selecting the property, this usually is caused by some corrupted settings data on the tablet. To correct this, you need to clear out the App's data and cache.
- Swipe down from the top of the tablet. Choose the gear icon at the top to go to settings.
- Look for "Apps" under the "Device" section.
- Scroll down to "StratIS Sphere"
- Tap the "Clear data" button.
- Tap the "Clear cache" button.
