If you receive an error message when attempting to use your Salto key encoder and are sure it is still connected to the computer properly, try the following:
- Do a search on your computer for "services" and open that up.
- Look for the "Salto Local IO Bridge" service and restart it.
- Try to use the encoder again and see if this resolves the issue.
