If this happens again, please feel free to try the following:
  1. Perform a search on your Windows machine for "Services".  You can also navigate there by going to Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services.
  2. Right-click on this to "Run as Administrator".  
  3. A list of all available services on your computer will open up in alphabetical order.  You can restart the SQL Server (COMMUNITY) service, along with any others that start with "Community" in the name.  
  4. In addition, open a new Google Chrome window and click on the three vertical dots on top-right.  Select the history page and clear all browsing data there.  Then reset the Google Chrome settings.  
  5. After a minute to let these actions complete, reopen the DormaKaba Community software and see if there is any improvement now by attempting to log in and read a key.  
  6. If you are still unable to use your key system, please call Advant Solutions at 281-444-4014 option 1 and ask tech support for assistance, or DormaKaba at 800-999-6213, option 1, option 1.
